You bet!
As long as you have more than one baking sheet and oven space, feel free to make as many of these spicy roasted baby potatoes as you like.
Can these roasted baby potatoes with chili garlic paste be made in an air fryer?
They sure can!!
Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to divide the recipe in half or make them in two batches.
However, if you have a large air fryer, you should be just fine making the 1½ pounds of potatoes at one time that the recipe calls for.
Just be aware that cooking time in the air fryer will be slightly quicker than cooking in a conventional large oven (I do not have a convection oven) because of the air circulation.
If you're going to roast these potatoes in an air fryer make sure you check on them often (at the 25-minute mark) so they don't burn or get too crisp (unless of course, you like that)!
How many servings will this recipe make?
As written I considered this recipe to be 4 servings.
That said, should you decide to eat the entire contents of this spicy roasted baby potato recipe all by yourself (and who could blame you?), please know that the calorie count will be increased from what is written on the recipe card. *wink*
