Place the cover back on the pot and shake vigorously to distribute the butter and salt evenly throughout the popcorn.
If using microwave or pre-popped popcorn START HERE. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Microwave on medium power, stirring occasionally until the white chocolate is smooth and completely melted. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popped popcorn.
Stir well to combine. Spread the chocolate covered popcorn evenly on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with baking spray. This looks super fun and yummy! I'd like to make it ahead of time to give as gifts and planning on putting it in jars. Just wondering if you know how long is keeps for before it loses its crunch?
Thanks so much for sharing 🙂

Hi, Ana!
Great question. Although I don't 100% know the answer because we eat it quickly around here.
That said, if you store it in air-tight jars, and not make it too far in advance, I'd think it would last and be crunchy for at least 2 weeks.
That's my professional opinion and I'm sticking to it. 🙂
Take good care, Ana. Be well.
