Chewy Oatmeal Apple And White Chocolate Cookies

Spread the love

These are by far the best cookies I’ve baked in a long time.  The apples keep the cookies moist and chewy while the white chocolate is a perfect compliment to the oatmeal.  I think even Granny Smith herself would approve!

  3. Well, this *Granny* certainly approves! They look wonderful.

  4. You have oats in the ingredients list but not in the directions… I assume they go in with the other dry ingredients? I flash-froze the dough balls, which prevented them from spreading and browning too quickly on the edges, and I subbed coconut oil in for the butter. These were HEAVENLY… thanks for giving me a way to use up the rest of my 224 apples! xxx, j

    • Whoops, my bad. I'm so sorry that I messed that up. That said, I'm glad you figured it out and enjoyed the cookies. Love that you substituted coconut oil. What a great idea! I'll try that next time too 🙂
