These Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars are on overload when it comes to sweet, melted chocolate. They're soft and chewy and have an ever so slight crunch from the added pecan chips.

    Loaded Chocolate Cookie Bar Recipe

*Disclaimer - This recipe was originally published in 2011. I'm working hard to update all my older recipes with recipe cards, new photos, and additional recipe information. But, getting to all of them will take time. Please bear with me. In the meantime let me assure you that this recipe is still a winner and one I'm sure you'll be well pleased with when you make it at home.

The contrast of textures and flavors is enough to send you running for another bar... and a large glass of milk!

*Special note - These will not last long.  Make sure you save some for your oldest son who is coming over for a visit today (even if it means slapping your husband's hands away. 🙂

I'm sure it was just a tender love tap on your husband's hand when he reached for another bar. Who can blame him, they look delicious. Hope your son and husband didn't get into a wrestling match over the last of these 🙂
