Taco Tuesday just got an upgrade! These Lime Marinated Mexican Pork Tenderloin Tacos don’t take much longer to make than a standard ground beef taco, but the flavor is far …
These Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches are just like the ones I made while we were on a family reunion vacation this past summer. We spent a week in cabins on a lake in Wisconsin with most of my husband’s brothers and sisters. To say these delicious sandwiches were hit with the crowd is a huge understatement! – kudoskitchenbyrenee.com
As a family, we’ve decided we’re going to start eating a lower carb diet. Since that’s the case, you’ll be seeing more and more recipe on this site that are of the low carb/keto variety. That said, since I’ve always loved sharing a wide array of delicious recipes with you here, from appetizers to desserts, I do not plan on entirely refocusing my blog in that way.
However, what you CAN expect is a generous sprinkling of lower carb and keto inspired recipes in between all the other cooking and baking recipes you’ve come to love and expect from Kudos Kitchen. Something for everyone is my motto, along with a pinch or two of everything in moderation. 🙂
However, if you’re not prepared to wait until summer to make this delicious Spicy Thai Pulled Pork with Orange, I completely understand! If I was you, I’d think up a reason to have friends and family over as soon as possible (maybe for an impromptu game night), just so you can make and serve these amazing sandwiches! I promise you won’t regret it one bit!!
Since tenderness isn’t the issue with a pork tenderloin, it’s the flavor which can sometimes be lacking. This Honey Dijon Pork Tenderloin with Breadcrumbs & Lemon is anything but bland. You’ll love the tiny hint of sweet from the honey which marries well with the mild flavor of the Dijon mustard and fresh zest of lemon.
This recipe for a Ground Pork Egg Roll Bowl is my take on a deconstructed egg roll. In place of the crispily fried eggroll wrapper, I’ve used chow mein noodles for crunch as a top garnish along with scallions, and chopped peanuts (which are completely optional). The other ingredients I’ve used are basic Chinese staple pantry ingredients. While there may be quite a few ingredients, they’re invaluable to have in your cupboards for cooking Asian cuisine throughout the year. Invest in them once and you’ll be all set for whenever you have a craving for Chinese food, but don’t want to do take-out.
I’ve been noticing over the past several years that, in general, people want their food preparation to be as quick and easy as possible. In response to that, I’m sharing with you my 5 Ingredient recipe for Root Beer Country Ribs made in the slow cooker.
While they may not be quick (regarding cooking time), you simply can’t get any easier!
This One Pan Ponzu Pork Chop Dinner is a sure-fire family pleaser which takes only minutes to prepare. You’ll only need a vegetable peeler and chef’s knife to prepare and slice the apples, onions, and sweet potatoes. Then the majority of the work is done by the oven while you go relax for 40 minutes until dinner is wonderfully caramelized and ready to serve. Easy peasy, pork chop pleasy! 🙂
