    Why make homemade everything seasoning?

    So many reasons!

    1. You can tailor it to your own tastes.
    2. You probably already have what you need in your spice cabinet.
    3. It only takes minutes to whip up a big batch.
    4. It keeps for a very long time in an airtight container.
    5. It's cheaper in the long run to make than store-bought.
    6. It's fresh, and you know exactly what's in it.
    7. You control the proportions of each ingredient.
    8. It's fun to make.
    9. You can give it as gifts!

What if I don't like the list of ingredients here?

Feel free to use the ingredients you like best, and omit the ones you're not very fond of.

For an example, if you don't like fennel or caraway seeds, don't use them. But, if you do, feel free to use more of them.

    Additional add-in suggestions:

    • dill weed
    • coriander seed
    • ground cumin
    • black sesame seeds
    • celery seed
    • dried parsley flakes
    • red pepper flakes
    • pink Himalayan salt
