    Iced Coffee Margarita

    Jump to Recipe

An Iced Coffee Margarita is coffee mixed with tequila, a twist of lemon, and served in a rimmed glass of ground coffee and sugar. Talk about a delicious eye-opener!

Two iced coffee margaritas with a French press and a bottle of tequila in the background.

This coffee margarita recipe is a real kick in the pinata! You can serve it for Cinco de Mayo, brunch (say goodbye to boring mimosas), or just because you're looking for something deliciously different!

When you're sipping on an Iced Coffee Margarita, you don't have to feel guilty about drinking in the morning! 🙂 But please remember to always drink responsibly!!

Iced coffee margaritas for any time of day:

While I don't typically endorse day drinking (especially in the morning), there are just times you can make an exception.

Think Sunday brunch, National Margarita Day, and Cinco de Mayo, of course.

But, as always...I urge you to always drink responsibly!

    Why this recipe works:

    It's coffee...what's not to love?

    It's a tequila cocktail...what's not to love?

The lemon twist is a nice, bright, surprise.

I would have never though that coffee could be turned into a margarita, but those flavors make sense. I love the little bit of lemon to pep the coffee flavors up and keep it a bit true to its citrus roots. This is a really clever recipe!
