Easy to make Heart Healthy Homemade Avocado Oil Mayonnaise is far superior to any brand you can buy in the store because it's made with healthy avocado monounsaturated fats, and no preservatives.
Place all of the ingredients into a large bowl (if using an immersion blender), or blender or food processor.
Blend until the mayonnaise becomes thick and creamy, this will only take a matter or minutes.
Spoon the mayonnaise into a glass jar and top with a tight fitting lid.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
This mayonnaise will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.Use for sandwiches, salads, and as a base for dressings.Note - As with all mayonnaise, please make sure not to leave it out at room temperature, or in the outdoor heat for longer than 1 hour. Always serve chilled and always return to the refrigerator after use.
