Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
Chill at least 2 hours and serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.
Notes
If using English cucumbers, there is no need to remove the seeds.Squeezing the liquid from the shredded cucumbers is key to achieving a thick dip that isn't watery.Add the liquid from the cucumbers to a glass of water and drink up. It's healthy and refreshing!
