Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
Prepare the brownie mix according to the box directions and spread the batter into a prepared 9x13 baking pan that has been sprayed with baking spray. Bake for approximately 10 minutes and remove from oven.
Sprinkle the top of the brownies with the coconut, chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts.
Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the ingredients. Sprinkle the entire surface with a very light pinch of salt.
Return the brownies to the oven to continue baking for approximately 20 minutes until the topping is golden in color and when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool the brownies completely on a wire rack before cutting and serving.

Store brownies tightly covered at room temperature for up to 5 days or in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 8 days.Baked brownies may be frozen. Flash freeze each coconut brownie individually on a baking sheet. Once frozen wrap each brownie in plastic or parchment paper and store in a large zip-top freezer bag for up to 3 months.
