Salsa BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cups jarred salsa
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat, uncovered, over medium-low for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reduces and thickens.
  • Use immediately or add the sauce to a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
