Ingredients

  • 4 ripe avocados, mashed
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onions
  • ¼ cup prepared salsa
  • teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • hot sauce, to taste, optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • pork rinds

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to combine. Serve immediately or slightly chilled if desired.
  • When storing, cover with plastic wrap directly on top of the guacamole to prevent oxidation and refrigerate for 1 day.
