Instructions
-Preheat the oven to 375 F (190 C)
-Place all ingredients into a medium-size bowl and toss lightly to evenly coat the chickpeas.
-Place the coated chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
-Stir the chickpeas and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
-Cool and serve.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
