Ingredients

baby potatoes (any color)

olive oil

prepared chili garlic paste

tablespoon
brown sugar

teaspoon
kosher salt (or to taste)

teaspoon
black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425-degrees Fahrenheit
Half or quarter the potatoes depending on their size. Place the prepared potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, chili garlic paste, brown sugar, salt and pepper ato the prepared potatoes nd stir well to combine.
Spread the potatoes evenly onto a prepared (lined with aluminum foil) baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until they're fork-tender and slightly crispy.
Serve immediately.
