BACON BLOODY MARY
A Bacon Bloody Mary is a great way to have a cocktail and a snack, all in one glass. I'll drink to that!

- 1 jigger vodka your favorite variety
- ½ cup Clamato juice or tomato juice
- Ice
- 2 slices thick cut bacon cooked and cooled
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- pinch black pepper
- 1 rib celery
- 1 spear pickled asparagus
- 2 cooked cocktail shrimp
- 1 slice lime
- 2 mini links beef summer sausage
- 1 grape tomato
- 1 green olive
- 1 scallion
- pinch hot sauce optional
- pinch black pepper
- pinch celery salt
Skewer the lime, beef sausages, grape tomato, and olive on the top portion of the skewer. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 425-degrees Fahrenheit
Cover a baking sheet with foil (optional) and place a rack inside the baking sheet.
Lay the thick cut bacon in an even layer on the baking rack and sprinkle with brown sugar, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crisp. Cool and set aside.
Fill the glass half full of ice. Add the vodka and the juice.
Add the bacon, celery, and asparagus to the glass. Garnish the rim of the glass with the cocktail shrimp.
Give a dash or two of hot sauce (if desired), and sprinkle the top of the cocktail with black pepper and celery salt.
Add the straw, give a quick stir, and enjoy!
This drink can be made with or without the alcohol.
