Preheat oven to 350-degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius)
Melt and brown the butter in a large skillet over medium/low heat.Allow the butter to cook over medium/low until it turns golden brown in color. *Note - watch it closely so it does not burn.
Add the nuts to the browned butter and stir well to combine.
Add the salt, honey, smoked paprika and hot sauce (to taste) to the skillet. Stir well.
Spread the nuts evenly onto a baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring once during the roasting process
Remove the nuts from the oven.
Cool, and serve.
Notes
Store the roasted nuts in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
