A Grilled Ham and Cream Cheese Sandwich is like nothing you've ever tasted before, but the flavor is reminiscent of the iconic cream cheese dill pickle dip everyone loves.
Use a wooden spoon to mix together the softened cream cheese, dehydrated onion, dill weed, garlic powder, and dill pickle relish in a medium-sized bowl until smooth and creamy.
Spread one side of each slice of bread with softened butter. Lay the slices of buttered bread, butter-side-down-onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each plain side of the bread.
Add the ham onto 4 of the cream cheese slices, and top with the remaining 4 slices of cream cheese and buttered bread, making sure they're buttered-side-up.
Heat the skillet or griddle to medium high.
Add the sandwiches to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes per side (watching carefully so they don't burn). *Note - you may need to adjust the heat level of the skillet or griddle accordingly.
Remove from the heat, slice in half, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
