Honey Roasted Butternut Squash
You can make honey roasted butternut squash in an air fryer or a conventional oven. Either way, it's a delicious seasonal side dish to grace any table.

- 4 cups butternut squash peeled and diced into 1" cubes
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2½ tablespoons honey
Place the peeled and chopped squash in a large bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss well to coat.
Spread the prepared squash evenly onto a proper size baking sheet (for either air fryer or conventional oven)
If using an air fryer, set the temperature to 400 degrees and add the squash to cook for 15-16 minutes, stirring once halfway through the cooking process.
If using a conventional oven, preheat the oven to 425-degrees, and add the squash to cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through the cooking process.
Remove, and serve immediately.
If using an air fryer, set the temperature to 400-degrees.
If using a conventional oven, preheat the oven to 425-degrees.
