Fried Eggs in an Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add a small aluminum pan to the basket of an air fryer.
  • Add the butter and heat at 350-degrees (Fahrenheit) to melt (approximately 1 minute)
  • Crack both eggs into the aluminum pan.
  • Return to the air fryer and cook at 325-degrees until your desired doneness. **Note - for over-hard eggs, this take approximately 8 minutes but each air fryer will vary.
