- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Add a small aluminum pan to the basket of an air fryer.
Add the butter and heat at 350-degrees (Fahrenheit) to melt (approximately 1 minute)
Crack both eggs into the aluminum pan.
Return to the air fryer and cook at 325-degrees until your desired doneness. **Note - for over-hard eggs, this take approximately 8 minutes but each air fryer will vary.
1 serving = 2 fried eggs
Remove the eggs sooner if you'd like softer yolks. This recipe is written for over hard.
