Honey Cashew Butter with Honey Roasted Peanuts
Roasted peanuts and raw cashews combine in this delicious Healthy HoneyCashew Peanut Butter spread. A touch of raw honey, salt, and macadamia oil take it beyond fabulous!

- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup peanuts roasted and lightly salted
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt or to taste
- 1 tablespoon macadamia oil or avocado oil
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. *Note - If you like your nut butter creamier, feel free to add a little more oil.
Store with a tight-fitting lid for up to 2 weeks.
No refrigeration is required, but if you do refrigerate warm the nut butter slightly in the microwave (no lid) before spreading.
