Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • ½ cup dried apricots chopped
  • ¼ cup grainy mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • lettuce leaves optional

Instructions

  • Thoroughly mix all of the burger ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Shape the meat into 6 patties.
  • Cook the burgers until the internal temperature reaches 160-degrees.
  • Serve on buns or lettuce leaves.
