- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoons dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
- 12 ounces beer
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit ((190 degrees Celsius)
Spray a muffin tin with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and dried herbs.
Stir in the beer and olive oil. Mix well.
Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the batter into each muffin cup.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
