Golden Statue Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients

tablespoon
honey
1
tablespoon
granulated sugar
8
1" chunks
frozen pineapple
2
ounces
amaretto liquor
4
ounces
pineapple juice
4
ounces (approximately)
prosecco
Italian sparkling wine
Instructions
Dip the rim of each champagne flute into the honey and then into the granulated sugar. Allow to dry for approximately 5 minutes.
Place about 3-4 frozen pineapple chunks into the bottom of each glass.
Add approximately 1 ounce of amaretto to each glass.
Add approximately 2 ounces of pineapple juice to each glass.
Top each glass with prosecco.
Place a pineapple chunk of the rim of each glass (if desired), and serve.
