  • 3/4 cup prepared salsa
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon roasted ground cumin

  • pinch black pepper
  • tortilla chips, pita chips, or crackers for serving
