Ingredients
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoons dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with baking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, and dried herbs.
  4. Stir in the beer and olive oil. Mix well.
  5. Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the batter into each muffin cup.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown.
