I’m not usually one for dessert after dinner, nor do I have a large sweet tooth. However, I’m a complete sucker for anything with coconut and pecans, so a small slice of this Chocolate Chop Dessert Loaf with Coconut and Pecans is definitely one of my favorite after dinner treats.
Because I didn’t want to pitch the entire batch of muffins (and I was hoping that I could still share the recipe with you), I scraped them out of the pan the best I could, flipped them right-side up and decided to make some caramel sauce to spoon over the top. As you can see, the few extra minutes it took to make the caramel sauce was well worth the effort, and now these Homemade Sticky Caramel Sweet Rolls have a double dose of sticky caramel goodness, which is never a bad thing!
Even though the presentation of this Mega-Sized Peanut Butter Cup may look difficult to recreate and intimidating to make, let me assure you that his no-bake dessert is super simple to put together. All you need is a round tart pan with a removable bottom and you’re good to go.
For everyone out there with a sweet tooth, this Old Fashioned Chocolate Caramel Turtle Fudge with Pecans that I’m sharing for #Choctoberfest has got your name written all over it. Well, not really, but I double dog dare you not to love everything about it!

This easy coconut ice cream is by far the tastiest ice cream I’ve ever made, and it only takes six ingredients! Since I’m a major coconut and pecan lover that probably had a lot to do with it! That, and the fact that it’s super simple to make and requires no noisy ice cream maker.

This recipe was inspired by a cashew chicken salad I’d had recently while out to lunch with my mom, sister, sister-in-law, niece, and my baby grandniece, Pemberley. It was our first “ladies lunch,” and I think we all ordered the same thing, except Pemberley of course.
