Lamb is one of my all-time favorite proteins. I love making lamb roasts and chops, but I also enjoy substituting ground lamb for recipes which call for ground beef. It’s my way of incorporating the delicious flavor of lamb on more of a regular basis when it comes to our at-home dining options.
