Easy Cheesy Patty Melt Dip with Video Presentation

My husband and I love patty melts, and we order them often when we go out to eat. This recipe idea came to me when I was thinking of appetizer ideas I wanted to serve at our upcoming small but annual big game day party. It’s an easy and delicious twist on a patty melt burger, and once you try it, you’ll be amazed how much the flavor of this Patty Melt Dip resembles the iconic patty melt burger, caramelized onions and all!

Hearty German Meatballs with Caraway Mushroom Cream Sauce

My recipe today for Hearty German Meatballs with Caraway Mushroom Cream Sauce is a “recipe re-do” from one I shared years ago on my blog (January of 2012 to be exact), which I called simply enough German Meatballs in Cream Sauce. Hearty Slow Cooker Chili Mac Recipe with Video Tutorial

This hearty slow cooker chili mac recipe is one I’ve been making for many years, but I’ve not always made it in the slow cooker. It’s a recipe I remember my mom making when I was a kid, but I don’t recall hers having as much zippy flavor as this one does because I’m fairly certain mom didn’t use fire roasted chiles in hers.

Low Carb Zucchini Pizza Boats

I made these Zucchini Pizza Boats with the first zucchini harvest out of our garden. We usually don’t get our zucchinis picked until they’re as big as baseball bats. It’s not that we wait for that to happen, it just that we’re always late in getting them picked, and zucchinis grow so fast it seems as they can grow 8-10 inches in a day, but maybe I exaggerate!
