Healthy Sautéed Creamed Spinach with Strawberries

This dish of Sautéed Creamed Spinach & Strawberries came about one night when I was contemplating a side dish to serve with some fish I was cooking.

Since I had strawberries in the fridge that I needed to use before they spoiled, I tossed some into the sauteed creamed spinach I was preparing. The completed dish tasted amazing, and it was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds!

Lemon Drop Cheesecake with Lemon Curd Topping

I made this Lovely Lemon Drop Cheesecake with Lemon Curd Topping to bring to a friend’s bridal shower. I thought it would be a pretty addition to the buffet table, and it would have a nice summery feel to it.

I wish you could have heard the oohs and aahs when I walked in with it. I’d never made such an entrance before, but then again, I’d never walked into a party holding such a showstopper cheesecake! LOL!

Shortcut Raspberry Spice Monkey Bread

One of my very favorite convenience foods in the grocery store are the tube biscuits you find in the refrigerated section. You know the ones. They’re the little devils that, even though you know the “pop” is coming when the seal on the tube is released, somehow you’re still startled when it does. It happens to me every single time. LOL

Deliciously Easy One-Bowl Strawberry Banana Bread with Almonds

Before I delve too far into this recipe I need to tell you that this Strawberry Banana Bread tastes great with, or without, the nuts. If you’re not a fan of almonds (or nuts in general), you are by all means welcome to leave them out of this recipe entirely. I promise I won’t tell, and you’ll still enjoy the flavor of this deliciously easy bread. However, you’re a fan of nuts, then by all means…add them. The texture and crunch they provide are a nice contrast to this super moist bread.
