I dressed these Cream Cheese Cookies in red for Valentine’s Day, but you can dress them in any color you like, or even leave them plain. The choice is yours. All I suggest is that you make them right away because they’ll soon become your go-to favorite cookie! Crunchy and creamy! Oh yeah!!!

I thought about making this no churn chocolate cherry Kahlua ice cream for #SummerDessertWeek with just one layer of chocolate, using cocoa powder. However, after perusing my baking cabinet and seeing all half full bags of chocolate chips I had (yes, time to organize my cabinets), I decided to go all out and turn my recipe from a decadent chocolate cherry Kahlua ice cream to a super decadent TRIPLE chocolate cherry Kahlua ice cream! Is it so wrong? 😉
Creamy No Churn Banana Walnut Ice Cream is a favorite for people who love bananas, and the crunch of toasted […]
I’m not usually one for dessert after dinner, nor do I have a large sweet tooth.
However, I’m a complete sucker for anything with coconut and pecans, so a small slice of this Chocolate Chop Dessert Loaf with Coconut and Pecans is definitely one of my favorite after-dinner treats.
Before I delve too far into this recipe I need to tell you that this Strawberry Banana Bread tastes great with, or without, the nuts. If you’re not a fan of almonds (or nuts in general), you are by all means welcome to leave them out of this recipe entirely. I promise I won’t tell, and you’ll still enjoy the flavor of this deliciously easy bread. However, you’re a fan of nuts, then by all means…add them. The texture and crunch they provide are a nice contrast to this super moist bread.
I always have so much fun bringing you fun and whimsical food preparation ideas that are as simple to recreate as they are delicious to eat, and serve.
Now, with the help of video presentation, bringing you the entire process (from start to finish) of the making and assembling of my Easter Bunny Pie I get to be even more interactive with you which makes it double the fun for me, and hopefully for you too!
The idea for these Gluten Free Maple Bacon Oatmeal Cookies came to me while I was walking down the breakfast aisle of the grocery store. At the time I needed to replenish my stock of quick cooking oats. As I grabbed the oats and tossed them into my cart I glanced the maple syrup that was across the aisle. Right then and there I had my light bulb moment!
I’ve been having such fun the past few months playing with pies and crusts that I just can’t seem to stop myself. Not that I actually want to, because they’ve seemed to have struck a chord with people, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I have several more ideas in mind for decorated pies and crusts, so I hope you’ll stay tuned. But first up is this one for Festive Coconut Banana Custard Pie with a Holly Berry Crust.
For everyone out there with a sweet tooth, this Old Fashioned Chocolate Caramel Turtle Fudge with Pecans that I’m sharing for #Choctoberfest has got your name written all over it. Well, not really, but I double dog dare you not to love everything about it!
