I hope you’ll enjoy the following 21 Thanksgiving Leftover Roundup ideas for this weeks installment of Friday’s Featured Foodie Feastings and will have enough leftovers in your fridge the day after the big feast to try a few of these out.
This is the very last Thrive At Five weekly meal planning post I’ll be bringing you, and today we’re going […]
This week the Thrive at Five group of food bloggers brings you five weekly meal planning main courses that range from a seasonal pumpkin pasta, a fast and easy chicken pot potato, a hearty beef and mushroom stew, an Oktoberfest favorite Brat and veggie dish, and an seasonally inspired Asian dish of miso ramen and pumpkin.
This Friday’s weekly meal planning is for the fourth week of September 2017, and I can hardly believe we’re turning the corner into October in just a few days. Where in the world is the time going, and how can we slow things down a little? If you have any ideas, please let me know. *wink*
This week for your five main courses for weekly meal planning we’re bringing you a last taste of summer in a deliciously light summer chicken salad, a fast and easy lasagna cup recipe that will also work as a lunch box meal for the kids, a creamy and flavorful pork stroganoff served over noodles, a honey mustard chicken in a sauce that’s to-die-for, and a easy set-it-and-forget-it slow cooker meal for Root Beer Country Ribs.
I’m not 100% sure I’m ready for Autumn and back to school, but what choice do we have? Life whips by at lightening fast speed, so if the Thrive At Five group of food bloggers can do anything to help make your life easier when it comes to weekly meal planning, then we’ve got you covered!
The whole point of our weekly meal planning is to hopefully help make your life easier and take a little bit of the stress out of wondering what to cook. And, if I’m being honest, if you’re in a rut making the same things over and over, maybe these will be recipes that will help you break out of that same old pattern.
This week the five main courses we’re bringing you for your weekly meal planning consideration are; Greek yogurt grilled chicken, a Havarti onion burger, fish tacos, cilantro Thai chicken, and an amazing zucchini pancetta pasta.
The three bonus recipes for your weekly meal planning consideration are; a snack of peanut butter energy bites, a side dish of an avocado hollandaise sauce over roasted asparagus, and a dessert of lemon raspberry cobber cupcakes.
I thought about making this no churn chocolate cherry Kahlua ice cream for #SummerDessertWeek with just one layer of chocolate, using cocoa powder. However, after perusing my baking cabinet and seeing all half full bags of chocolate chips I had (yes, time to organize my cabinets), I decided to go all out and turn my recipe from a decadent chocolate cherry Kahlua ice cream to a super decadent TRIPLE chocolate cherry Kahlua ice cream! Is it so wrong? 😉
