If you’re a regular reader of my blog, then you know that I always coordinate my recipe posts with my hand painted glassware and fabric items at the end of each article. With this post, I’ve decided to switch things up by featuring my hand painted popcorn bowl. And, at the end of the post, I’ll be coordinating some of my very favorite snacking recipes which are perfect for “popping” into these bowls. Pun intended. 🙂
The thing I like most about this recipe (other than all the CHEESE), is how easy it is to make this recipe on a busy weeknight. By cooking the pasta while the vegetables are sauteing and the cheese sauce thickens, this Pepperoni Pizza Macaroni & Cheese can be on the dinner table in less time than it takes to order from your favorite take-out place.
One of my very favorite convenience foods in the grocery store are the tube biscuits you find in the refrigerated section. You know the ones. They’re the little devils that, even though you know the “pop” is coming when the seal on the tube is released, somehow you’re still startled when it does. It happens to me every single time. LOL
I made these particular biscuits for a girlfriend’s breakfast I was invited to a few weeks ago. The theme was a garden party birthday celebration, so I wanted to bring something pink and girly. These Cream Cheese Biscuits with Strawberry Butter were just the right touch to add to the beautifully decorated buffet table.
Since I don’t want to offend anyone, this is my disclaimer that I am only here to share recipes that I think my readers will enjoy, and can easily recreate. In the following video, you’ll notice that I share two ways to roll Savory Scallion Pancakes. The second way is my take on making the process a little easier. Watch and learn as I show you the two different ways I used to roll these pancakes, from there you can decide what way will work best for you.
Mug cakes are everywhere, so I decided to jump on the mug cake wagon and bring you a super fast, three ingredient “recipe” along with a fun new product that will celebrate anyone, and any occasion, just by adding water. It’s a party in a box!
Have you ever been to New Orleans? I have not, but it’s on my bucket list of places I want to visit. I hear the food is amazing, the people are fun and friendly, and the culture needs to be experienced at least once, especially during the party that is Mardi Gras, where the theme is “Let the good times roll!” Making Beignets for Mardi Gras is a good place to start.
