Moist and meaty. Pot Roast is even tastier now that it can be made in under 30 minutes and with only 4 ingredients! Chile Pepper Pressure Cooker Pot Roast seriously needs to be in your dinner rotation on (at least) a monthly basis!
I’m always excited to have brunch, and I almost always gravitate towards the savory dishes, and not so much the sweet. This dish of Buttery Rich Steak & Eggs Over Asparagus is everything my brunch dreams are made!
You may say to yourself after reading the ingredient list “Hey!” “What in the world is ground cinnamon and cocoa powder doing in a savory recipe like this?” “And what about the butter and lime juice?” “She has really gone off the deep end with this recipe!” “Has Renee lost her mind?!!”
And my answer would be…Well. Maybe. But not about this recipe.
I came up with the idea for this Cheesy Spaghetti Stuffed Meatloaf to go along with this week’s #SundaySupper theme of “Cheesy Family Dinners.” I wanted to make something that was a little unexpected, and something that was topped with a thick layer of melted cheese. The result is this very large family-friendly meatloaf that will feed the masses when everyone is gathered around the #SundaySupper table.
There is nothing quite like bringing the family around the #SundaySupper dinner table with something comforting and delicious. With only a few minutes of preparation, you can enjoy the wonderfully tempting aroma of this Best Ever Dutch Oven Braised Pot Roast for hours as it cooks in the oven with minimal ingredients. For me, that’s one of the best parts of an oven braised meal! The anticipation!!
The inspiration for this recipe came to me because it was a play on the phrase “Spaghetti Western,” and I thought it would be fun. Once I had the idea in my head, the ingredient list for this Spaghetti Western Chili Casserole followed quickly.
My recipe today for Hearty German Meatballs with Caraway Mushroom Cream Sauce is a “recipe re-do” from one I shared years ago on my blog (January of 2012 to be exact), which I called simply enough German Meatballs in Cream Sauce. This new version uses heavy cream in place of the evaporated milk I used back in 2012, does away with the beer completely and replaces it with beef stock, and I added a bunch of fresh mushrooms and stone ground mustard to pump up the flavor. Wunderbar!!
I had a blast making this video even though I was really nervous going live. Luckily for me, I had my husband close by to help lend me the moral support I needed, and so I felt more comfortable in front of the camera.
This hearty slow cooker chili mac recipe is one I’ve been making for many years, but I’ve not always made it in the slow cooker. It’s a recipe I remember my mom making when I was a kid, but I don’t recall hers having as much zippy flavor as this one does because I’m fairly certain mom didn’t use fire roasted chiles in hers.
