I made this Lovely Lemon Cheesecake with Lemon Curd Topping to bring to a friend’s bridal shower. I thought it would be a pretty addition to the buffet table, and it would have a nice summery feel to it. I wish you could have heard the oohs and aahs when I walked in with it. I promise I won’t tell, and you’ll still enjoy the flavor of this deliciously easy bread. However, you’re a fan of nuts, then by all means…add them. The texture and crunch they provide are a nice contrast to this super moist bread.
