Breakfast & Brunch
I haven’t shared a breakfast pizza recipe in quite a few years, so I thought it was time to come up with something new. The last one I shared, I called Easy Breakfast Pizza, and it dates back to 2011. This new recipe I call Sunny Side Up Hash Brown Breakfast Pizza uses pop-tube crescent rolls, frozen shredded hash browns, American cheese slices, eggs, diced ham, and chopped scallions for garnish.
In the open, I called this a dessert. But if truth be told I came up with this recipe idea for Eggnog Pastry Cream Filled Croissants last Christmas and served them for our annual Christmas brunch, not a dessert. However, this year when I made them again, I served them for dessert. Whichever way you decide to serve them is up to you. The important thing is that you do!
This Christmas Breakfast Brunch Recipe Roundup is designed to help you plan your Christmas morning treats and eats with as little stress as possible. You’ll find that most of these recipes can be made in advance and then popped in the oven on Chrismas morning while you’re busy opening the gifts that Santa brought. 😉
I’m going to let you in on a little secret. This recipe for Hard Boiled Egg Stuffed Biscuits is one I came up with a few years ago in the hopes it would gain me entry in the iconic Pillsbury Bake-Off. Sadly, I never heard anything back regarding my submission, but I never forgot about this recipe and promised myself that one day I’d add it to the blog. Today is that day!
Creamy Pumpkin Creme Brulée custard is baked to perfection in a real pumpkin ramekins and topped with caramelized sugar shells. […]
I’m sharing this recipe for Savory Pumpkin Sage Biscuits in honor of #PumpkinWeek 2017. I’ve paired the pumpkin with the subtle woodsy flavor of fresh sage, but feel free to substitute a different fresh herb or even dried herbs from your pantry. However, If you choose to use a dried herb, cut back on the quantity you use as the flavor of dried herbs are considerably stronger than their fresh counterparts.
The morning I made these breakfast sliders I was all gung-ho, hungry, and anxious to see how they’d turn out. My appetite was back (more on that soon), and I was raring to eat!
I can hardly believe that this is the last post for #BaconMonth 2017. I’ve had a ton of fun participating with this group of 9 food bloggers as we’ve all come up with our own unique recipes that feature bacon as the star ingredient.
I’ve created this recipe for a BLT Puff Pastry Tart in honor of #BaconMonth 2017 when tomatoes are at their peak of flavor. The tomatoes make this tart fresh and delicious, but the bacon makes this tart outstanding!!
