There are always so many new recipes that I want to make and share with you here on my blog. Believe me, the list is very long. Because of that, I rarely go back through my own recipe archives to remake something I’ve already shared with you. Until now.
I made these Zucchini Pizza Boats with the first zucchini harvest out of our garden. We usually don’t get our zucchinis picked until they’re as big as baseball bats. It’s not that we wait for that to happen, it just that we’re always late in getting them picked, and zucchinis grow so fast it seems as they can grow 8-10 inches in a day, but maybe I exaggerate!
If you don’t like the heat, get out the crock pot! Well, that’s not exactly how the saying goes, but it certainly does apply during the summer months!
