This just might be that
And, guess what? It tastes good too! That is, if you can get it past your lips!
"PUKE"umber Dip
1 small pie pumpkin, cleaned and carved
1 - 2 small cucumbers, peeled, grated and squeezed of excess liquid
1/2 medium size red onion, grated
1/2 cup prepared salsa (your choice of heat level)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Pretzel sticks, crackers, pita chips and/or assorted veggies
Mix all the ingredients and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Spoon (or pour) the mixture into your prepared pumpkin.
Be prepared for grossness because as soon as you pour in your filling, it will start oozing out of the mouth. Oh yeah!
I feel a bit sick... in a good way! I hope you do too and you'll consider making this for your family and friends.
Happy Halloween and have fun!

Ella is reading this with me as I'm going to show her your clay Halloween figurines. We are both laughing out loud at your Pukeumber Dip. Very creative and very funny and I'm sure it's , as Ella says pukalicious.
ReplyDeleteOh this is a trick I'd love to play on my kiddos! I could just SEE their faces.
