Caprese Cocktail
fresh, chopped basil - 1 tablespoon (or more) - muddled in each glass
balsamic vinegar - roughly 1 teaspoon per glass
Grape tomatoes - skewered
baby mozzarella balls - skewered
olives (optional) - skewered
salt and pepper - to taste
ice
light rum - to taste - in each glass
tomato juice - to top off each cocktail
stir and sip
There are no rules in cocktails. Make them to suit your own tastes and have fun with them! That's what we do :)
